About

UP IE Club, one of the largest student organizations in the College of Engineering, was established in December 9, 1967, even before the Department was officially constituted. The founding members were passionate students of the then-new industrial engineering degree program who were seeking representation for the new IE student body in the Engineering Student Council.

Mission

We direct our passions towards developing our members into holistic individuals through practice and promotion of the IE way integrating academic excellence, social responsibility, transformative leadership and self-mastery.

Vision

We aspire to be the premier youth organization that develops in its members the passion to learn, to lead and to serve for the development of the community around them.

Good Karma

Good Karma is the embodiment of fashion for a good cause. Good Karma launches new shirt designs that stand for different causes and beneficiaries. These shirts, designed by clubbers, are sold to raise funds for their respective causes. Once you buy a shirt, you too will be invited to the outreaches and events of the beneficiaries to further Spread the love. Spread the change. Spread the Good Karma.

IE Aid

IE Aid is through which UP IE Club pursues its mission to develop its members and the community around them the IE Way. IE Aid aims to assist various organizations by providing solutions guided by the IE Way to the problems that they face.

Clubber Cans

Clubber Cans serve as an avenue for Clubbers in discovering new interests and as a venue for honing their talents. To cater to the diversity of the organization’s members, it has three branches: sports, arts, and personal development. It is born from the idea that learning and self-actualization come from exposure to a diverse multitude of experiences.

UPCAMP (University of the Philippines College Admission Mastery)

Breaking the barriers of education - These are the words which UPCAMP lives by. Since 2001, UPCAMP has served as a bridge program that gives aid to around 300 underprivileged public high school students in preparing for their college admission exams. With the implementation of K-12, and the lack of a graduating batch in public high schools, UPCAMP has also implemented a career and course orientation program for public high schools to aid the students in preparing for their future.

Rock In Focus

Rock in Focus is a bi-annual benefit concert for the IE Club Scholarship Fund. A night of music and leisure, RIF has made memories and experiences unlike any other since 2008. As it makes a name in the music scene, RIF serves as an avenue for up and coming bands and also some well-known names, with each concert’s line-up sure to be different and entertaining than your average concert. A night dedicated to meeting new people, catching up with old friends, and simply enjoying and exploring good music, at RIF we take you back to paradise with a night under the stars.
